About the Role
As a Senior Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you will join a team of high-achieving sales professionals who help medium
- and large-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing cutting-edge solutions, you will contribute to the advancement of fintech and revolutionize the way the world pays, banks, and invests.


About the Team


You will be part of a team of self-motivated sales professionals who assist customers in transforming their businesses with FIS solutions, specifically in Asset Management, Private Equity, or third-party administration platforms.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Build and maintain a network of prospects.
  • Contact potential customers to sell FIS products and services.
  • Collaborate with a sales team to sell assigned products/services to key accounts.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of FIS products, competitive intelligence, and market solutions.
  • Create and present proposals to clients using FIS resources.
  • Negotiate and close deals that meet customer expectations and FIS's capabilities.
  • Assist in developing sales plans and strategies.
  • Achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

What You Bring

  • Good understanding of FIS products and services.
  • Gen
eral knowledge of Asset Management, Private Equity, and financial/payment solutions technology.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Effective decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Analytical skills to identify client business needs.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Prior involvement in industry trade groups preferred.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of management, employees, clients, and the public.
  • Travel is required.
