Your role:

As a sales and retail specialist with a flair for marketing and customer engagement, you will:
Excel in delivering superior customer service, ensuring each visitor feels valued and understood.
Employ your marketing skills to enhance in-store promotions, customer engagement, and product visibility.
Provide insightful, personalised advice, guiding customers about products. Make recommendations to help customers find the right products.
Assist with online orders and digital marketing initiatives to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
Work with the management team to keep the sales process smooth and effective.
Collaborate with the management team to innovate the sales and marketing process, ensuring a proactive and accountable approach.
Contribute to the store's visual and operational standards, fostering an appealing shopping environment.
Manage the physical shop.
