    Job Title: Guest Experience Expert

    About the Role:

    We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Experience Expert to join our team. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating lasting memories.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local area information.
    • Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
    • Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Related work experience required.
    • No supervisory experience necessary.
    • No license or certification required.

    Working Conditions:

    This role requires standing, sitting, and moving around for extended periods, as well as lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
