    The main purpose of this role is to provide exceptional support to our clients and sales team. This includes answering incoming calls professionally, transferring or taking messages when required, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure all admin tasks are completed on time.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls professionally, transferring or taking messages when required.
    • ">
    • Assist the Client & Sales Support Team with administrative tasks.
    • ">
    • Process Proof of Deliveries (PODs) accurately for the Accounts Department to invoice.
    • ">
    • Process workflow for salesforce updates via WhatsApp voice notes and related tasks.
    • ">
    • Respond to customer emails regarding PODs and Product Certificates.
    • ">
    ">
