    AI / GenAI Engineer

    PwC seeks an experienced AI/GenAI Engineer to work on innovative projects in the Retail Banking space.

    This role will leverage new and advanced technologies to drive transformative solutions, focusing on developing and deploying generative AI models.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and generative AI models.
    • Conduct research to improve existing models and create new algorithms.

    Data Management:

    • Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train AI models.
    • Ensure quality data, consistency, and integrity throughout the development process.

    Solution Implementation:

    • Implement AI models into production systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
    • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI solutions with existing applications.

    Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

    • Monitor the performance of AI models and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
    • Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate model improvement.

    Certifications and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications in AI/ML or related fields are highly advantageous.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 4 years working experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
    • Proven work experience in developing and deploying AI/GenAI models.
    • Relevant working experience in Retail Banking.
    • Strong understanding of machine learning, deep training, and generative AI techniques.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
    • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
    • Solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms utilizing techniques such as GPT, VAE and GANs.
    • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI application areas.
    • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

    Location: Any location.
