    The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment by performing various tasks related to warehousing and inventory control.

    • Move and store inventory and materials across facilities.
    • Process inventory for delivery and update logs accordingly.
    • Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
    • Package items and label them correctly to ensure accurate tracking.
    • Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly.
    • Stack and organize large bulk items to maximize storage capacity.
    • Conduct routine warehouse cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • Monitor and manage inventory control systems to prevent errors and discrepancies.
    • Perform daily cycle counts and collaborate with the Inventory Clerk to resolve any discrepancies.

    Requirements:

    • Dangerous goods and Aircraft spares packing certifications (advantageous).
    • 1-2 years administration experience in a mid-size organization.
    • Willingness to work overtime and 24-hour shifts as required.
    • Knowledge of Warehousing standards.
    • Knowledge of ERP system (advantageous).
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Ability to multitask effectively.
