    Job Title: Implementation Engineer

    Location: Randburg, South Africa

    Contract: Permanent

    Remuneration: Market Related (R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum)

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Implementation Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing advanced process control installations both locally and internationally.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in minerals processing and/or process control. They must be willing to travel locally and internationally, and work with minimal supervision.

    • Implement advanced process control systems on-site, ensuring maximum technical efficiency;
    • Main contact point for client projects, responsible for project administration and technical aspects;
    • Provide clients with advanced training at a nationally-competitive level of technical expertise;
    • Contribute technically to marketing presentations and reports;
    • Actively participate in the training, guidance and motivation of junior staff;
    • Participate in team debates and technical decisions;
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and business developments.

    Requirements

    Qualifications: BSc or BEng in Chemical or Electrical Engineering;

    Experience: At least 2 years' experience in Minerals Processing and/or Process Control;

    Skills: Advanced process control, computer programming (e.g. Matlab, C#, Python), and willingness to travel.
