Duties:
Ø Human resources administration
Ø Recruitment and selection
Ø Prepare HR documents, update employment contracts and ensure all documents for each employee is recorded.
Ø Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
Ø Assist accounts department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules)
Ø Update internal databases (record sick/maternity leave, attendance register)
Ø Employee wellness
Ø Labour relations
Ø Plan company events and team building
Ø Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
Ø Maintain and update company databases.
Ø Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Ø General office administration.
Ø Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.
Minimum requirements:
Ø Matric
Ø 3 -5 years' experience in a similar role
Ø Good communication skills
Ø Excellent computer skills
