A vibrant company in Benoni is looking for a self driven and motivated individual preferably with a motor industry knowledge/ experience, to join their team as an Admin Clerk/Receptionist.
Candidates must be
extremely presentable and must have immaculate telephone etiquette, must be a confident individual to greet and interact with clients
as they enter the premises. The successful candidate will be expected to run
all switchboard operation and some admin duties. MS Office proficiency is
required especially experience on Excel Word and Outlook.
Other Duties Include:
• Working closely with management, staff, clients and suppliers
• Attend to service books, managing auto mechanics, auto electricians
• Booking in vehicles, consulting clients on problems
• Inspecting cars for dents, scratches on clients vehicles
• Invoicing clients
• Working with company bank statements.
• Scanning ,Filing supplier and client invoices
• Phoning and receiving client calls, liaising to them about their vehicles
• Phoning and receiving supplier calls, ordering car parts and tools
