The role requires someone to co-ordinate and manage the Sekela Programme (Enterprise and Supplier Development), community development (CSR) and external skills development programmes. In addition, to support and monitor performance on any programmes or initiatives that form part of the organization's socio-economic transformation strategies. To achieve our Transformation strategic objectives. Enhancing our Sekela programmes, CSR and external Skills Development initiatives (Transformation programmes) Minimum Requirements: Education: Relevant diploma/degree Experience: 3 - 5 years in co-ordination and or project management role Preferred industry: Project management or Financial Service or B-BBEE Development Generic Competencies: · Meticulous and organised · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) · Attention to detail and ability to multitask · Excellent time management and prioritising skills · Self-starter and strong sense of urgency · Ability to follow through and get things done · Passion for helping and developing others will be an advantage Technical Competencies: · Strong project management and past experience an advantage · Strong report writing and research capabilities · Strong financial and administrative background · Advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite and strong Excel skills Strong data analytical skills (monitoring & evaluation) advantageous
