• **Leadership Experience**: A couple with a minimum of 35 years of combined experience in lodge or hospitality management is required.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, foster a positive work environment, and make strategic decisions.
• Social and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and hosting abilities, with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Financial Acumen: Sound financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Operational Management: Ability to manage day-to-day operations, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Remote Work Environment: Comfortable working in remote environments, with minimal supervision and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Pedagogical Abilities: Hands-on and proactive attitude, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's licenses for both partners (with PDP preferred), as well as first aid and hospitality certifications advantageous.
