    The company has received significant investment, and they are now in their next phase of growth. As a result, they require the expertise of a Lead Project Manager to oversee site-based activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Managing MEP, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning Activities on Site
    2. Coordinating with Site Stakeholders to Ensure Smooth Operations
    3. Providing Regular Reports to Site Directors
    4. Effective Subcontractor Management

    Requirements:

    1. Senior/Lead Project Management Experience on Large-Scale Projects
    2. Extensive Knowledge of MEP Management
    3. Strong Construction Management Skills
    4. Expertise in Installation Management

    Estimated Salary:

    R 1,200,000 - R 1,500,000 per annum
