TENDER ADMINISTRATOR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to process quotations, tender extensions,
- Searching for relevant tenders on various platforms,
- Ensure the bid process is followed,
- Coordinate collection of tender documents and ensure submissions are made on time,
- Follow up on tenders submitted and maintain a database,
- Update all spreadsheets, databases and records,
- Maintain accurate records and electronic copies of completed documents,
- Coordination, compilation and completion of tender documents,
- Organize and schedule,
- Overseeing the whole tender process,
- Recording of processed Tenders,
- Continuous updating of database and resource list filing and recording of processed tenders,
- Ensuring tenders submitted are accurate,
- Update the whiteboard with tender's names, closing dates and site inspection dates,
- All documentation in adherence to what Tender Document stipulates,
- Database completion and registrations,
- Ensuring documents are correctly and accurately completed,
- Signed/authorised, copied, securely bound and sealed, to ensure compliance with tender requirements,
- Ensuring tenders are submitted in the correct format,
- Other Administration duties/activities,
REQUIREMENTS
- Include: o Academic Qualification o Training Certificates o ID Copy o Drivers License (Code B/C1)
- Experience (12 years) in Tendering Administration

INTERVIEW PROCESSES
- Interviews will be held on Wednesday (9th August 2023) for the shortlisted
- A Consulting Services Level Agreement (SLA) will be entered into with the Successful
- Commencement date is anticipated for the 14th of August 2023,
REMUNERATION
- The Tender Administrator Consulting Position will attract a monthly fee of between
R7 000,00 - R10 000,00 dependent on the Experience
NOTES
- The Position will be held in Sandton, Johannesburg
- Working hours will be from 08:00 am to 17:00 (Sometimes will be required to beyond the stipulated hours dependent on workload and deadlines)
Salary:
R7, R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
