    The client supports property investors and developers across the country by providing them with short-term secured finance, working within a wide range of sectors to facilitate project completion.

    A family-run business with over 50 years of experience in property and finance is seeking an administrator to assist with growth plans and help achieve objectives of expanding their loan book and delivering high-quality services to clients.

    This role involves providing varied support, including general administration, payment processing, diary management, social media management, research, presentation preparation, and borrower documentation.

    We expect the successful candidate to possess strong communication skills, effective task management, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while carrying out different roles diligently. Proficiency in IT and a willingness to adapt to change are essential.

    A proactive approach and willingness to take on new challenges are required, particularly given the ambitious yet achievable growth plan that this individual will play a crucial role in ensuring its success.

    Key Responsibilities:
