    As a Call Center Operations Manager at iOCO IS, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating communication within our service or support environment. This includes tasks aimed at ensuring effective communication between teams and clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ticket Management: Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
    • Administration: Provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
    • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of our services.
    • SLA Management: Manage Service Level Agreements to ensure compliance and meet customer expectations.
    • Direct User Communication: Handle verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Administrative work experience via Service Desk, Call Coordinating, or similar roles.
    • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (verbal and written).
    • Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and precision in all tasks and responsibilities.
    • Self-sufficiency: Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12.
    • Soft skills.
    • Computer and MS Office Literacy (Administrative Certificate).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • ITIL Foundation V3.
    • A+ certification.
    • N+ certification.

    Work Environment:

    • Permanent Position.
    • Location: Sandton (On-site).
    • Office Building with access to stairs.
    • Physical Demands: Prolonged sitting at a desk.
    • Travel: Valid driver's license and own transportation required.
