    Job Description

    Position Summary:

    The purpose of this position is to assist the Operations Manager in ensuring that Cash in Transit (CIT) operations are conducted according to planned procedures and schedules.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Take full responsibility and accountability for the vehicle, including reporting mechanical faults, refuelling, operating security systems, and maintaining cleanliness.
    • Assist with daily operational requirements and ensure security during CIT schedule movement.
    • Drive the CIT vehicle when needed and maintain contact with controllers.
    • Accident prevention, reporting, and taking preventative actions against suspicious activity.
    • Liaise with clients, staff, and management, completing documentation and administration tasks.
    • Maintain risk management and compliance, adhering to Fidelity Services Group policies and transformation initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Clear criminal record.
    • PSIRA accreditation with a minimum Grade C qualification.
    • Cash In Transit (CIT) certificate.
    • Firearm competency with a minimum handgun qualification for business purposes.
    • Computer literacy.
    • At least 3 years of experience in the security industry or a similar role.
    • CIT management or supervisory experience is advantageous.
    • A valid driver's license and own transport are advantageous.
