  • A relevant bachelor's degree with at least three years' working experience in office administration, OR project management;
  • Excellent organisational skills, interpersonal skills and time management to handle a wide variety of tasks simultaneously;
  • The ability to work independently and apply own initiative;
  • An interest in and an understanding of student success;
  • The ability to act in a diplomatic way towards people at different levels in and outside of the University;
  • Excellent written and verbal language abilities for a modern, multilingual university, and the ability to write reports;
  • Computer literacy and complete proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel;
  • Good interpersonal relationships;
  • The ability to work with confidential information;
  • The ability to be flexible;
  • The ability to quickly acquire new skills and processes and work in a collaborative environment;
