    BMC Web And Content Management Specialist - Manager

    This role is for a content management specialist/page builder and web manager, responsible for managing and building pages across all the EY Africa websites. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a complex web environment with global and local branches.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create webpages based on provided information, adding proper components/modules as specified by stakeholders/designers.
    • Upload and publish content on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for EY Africa websites.
    • Manage, create, and publish pages using AEM CMS.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and approvers to ensure timely publication of content.
    • Select images that complement the content and suggest templates/modules to stakeholders for marketing purposes.
    • Work closely with global teams, demonstrating exceptional work ethics and customer focus.
    • Familiarize yourself with different content management systems and possess basic understanding of HTML.

    Skills and Attributes for Success

    • Experience in content management and digital asset management systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager.
    • Familiarity with Photoshop and image manipulation.
    • An eye for presentation and attention to detail.
    • Mindset to learn and undertake additional responsibilities.

    To Qualify for the Role

    • Understanding of AEM tool and its application in diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading web pages.

    Ideally, You'll Also Have

    • Understanding of HTML.
    • Experience with visual asset management.

    Technologies and Tools

    • AEM tool.
    • Brightcove.
    • Crownpeak.
    • Basic understanding of Analytics.
    • Flourish.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of work experience in using AEM.
