    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Leverage technical expertise as leader, expert, and mentor in the C&I department, overseeing proposals and contracts.
    2. Promote efficient design and cost-effective technical solutions to high standards.
    3. Maintain engineering integrity and adhere to legal, industry, and client specifications.
    4. Monitor projects executed within the department, facilitating team meetings and project management.
    5. Act as single point of contact for internal stakeholders, relevant business units, and clients.
    6. Manage C&I Department personnel and day-to-day operations.
    7. Collaborate with other engineering departments to ensure project execution supports requirements.
    8. Develop and upskill the Department to align with business objectives and strategies.
    9. Oversee the Department's budget allocation.

    Key Qualifications:

    1. BSc Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree or equivalent, requiring at least 20 years of engineering experience.
    2. Experience in Oil and Gas/PetroChemical environments is essential.
    3. EPC Contractor experience is necessary.
    4. Strong managerial skills are required for this position.
    5. Pr. Eng. registration with ECSA is mandatory.
