    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized environment.
    • Answer phones, manage emails, and greet visitors with professionalism.
    • Schedule meetings and coordinate events, ensuring all logistics are handled.
    • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
    • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Assist with bookkeeping tasks and manage accounts payable/receivable.
    • Collaborate with team members across departments to facilitate communication.
    • Uphold company policies and ensure compliance in all activities.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Office Administration or a related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
