External Technical Sales Representative - Pump Industry - Gauteng

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Minimum 3 years' technical sales experience in the Pump Industry.
  • A Technical Qualification will be an advantage.
  • Mining and Wastewater experience or customer contacts would be an added advantage.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
  • Selfstarter with a passion for sales and a technical background.
  • Able to drive sales, listen to customer needs and communicate this to the internal engineers at the company.
  • Must have a valid driver's licence.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the assigned territory.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Developing customized solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Working closely with the internal sales team and engineers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and developments.
  • Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
