Description

A dynamic and fast growing Durban based company is looking to employ inbound customer care agents on a part time basis.


NB:

Possible Working hours are:
Fridays - 18:00pm to 02:00am

Saturdays - 18:00pm to 02:00am


Remuneration:
R360 per shift

Matric

Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel

Flexible and able to work after hours shifts


Must have own transport

  • Inbound customer care
  • Allocate, dispatch and manage drivers to ensure required service levels are met
  • Data capture
  • Convert inbound sales enquiries
  • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
  • A customer focused approach with an open attitude towards customers
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Good attention to detail when capturing customer information
  • Energetic and able to use initiative
  • Reliable, committed and take pride in your work

Pay:
R1 080,00 - R1 440,00 per week
