    The After Market Manager is responsible for leading the customer support process in the After Market department to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the customer support process to ensure customers receive prompt and effective assistance after purchasing a product or service.
    • Resolve any problems or issues that arise post-sale, including product defects, delivery delays, or dissatisfaction with the service provided.
    • Lead a team of Workshop and Field service Supervisors and Managers to ensure efficient and effective support.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve aftersales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Requirements:
      • A Mechanical Engineering background with 10 years of experience in a similar role and environment.
      • Proven experience working with Mining clients.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work collaboratively and strategically.

    This role is ideal for a seasoned After Market Manager who can apply their technical knowledge to deliver superior customer service and satisfaction.
