Description
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our tutoring services and benefits to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to target specific market segments.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present service packages to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Marketing, Sales or Educaton will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Willingness to travel and attend meetings, events, and conferences as required.
