Ignite Fitness requires the services of a meticulous, well-spoken and customer-centric
Customer Services Agent to join its current staff complement at the Head Office of the company situated in Durbanville, Cape Town.


We're looking for an individual that possesses:

  • An excellent command of both the
    English and Afrikaans language;
  • Strong
    administrative skills;
  • A flair for communicating with people and strong
    interpersonal skills;

Attention to detail and accuracy;
-
Well-groomed and presentable;

  • A good understanding of
    MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • A
    typing speed of 60 wpm;
  • Experience working on a
    switchboard;
  • The ability to
    work well under pressure;
  • 3+ Years of experience in
    customer services.
