Our client who is an independent, specialist financial brokerage, who offer financial planning, asset management, short term insurance, tax and estate planning functions to medical practitioners nationally, is seeking an Outbound Call Centre Agent to join their team.

The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for sourcing new leads for the Consultants and Brokers and setting up client appointments to secure new clients and increase revenue.


  • Source leads (potential clients)
  • Effective Appointment Setting & Confirmation
  • Prepare Files for new clients and follows up outstanding documentation.
