We are seeking skilled technicians to install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new air conditioning systems, including split systems, ducted systems, and portable units
• Repair and diagnose issues with existing AC systems, including faults with compressors, fans, and thermostats
• Maintain and service air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of AC systems, including electrical and mechanical components
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Working Conditions:

Techs will work on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance. This will involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions. Techs must be able to lift heavy equipment and navigate uneven terrain.
