What we are looking for:
We are looking for a retail-focused and dynamic Senior Key Account Manager.
What you will do:
- Engage in strategic business partnering to grow client base specifically
- Achieve and exceed sales budgets and targets
- Identify and secure print opportunities to increase total print revenue and profitability
- Build and sustain long lasting relationships between clients and internal partners
- Ensure invoices and statements are delivered timeously and all queries are resolved
- Mentor, build, and maintain an effective sales team
- Provide reports to management
What you must have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 35 years' experience within salesdriven environment
- Knowledge of various printing technologies and materials/substrates
- Proven track record of effective management of sales team, meeting and increasing sales budgets
- Advanced computer skills
