    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Create comprehensive project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables to align with business goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop detailed project plans.
    • Monitor commercial project progress, addressing deviations from timelines or milestones.
    • IDentify and assess potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies for successful project delivery.
    • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Organize and facilitate project meetings with clear agendas and objectives.
    • Presents insights and updates on project status, risks, and issues.
    • Conduct in-depth business analyses, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
    • Develop and present comprehensive reports on project performance, trends, and opportunities.
    • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project management and business analysis.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

    Essential Skills

    • Demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Proficient in data analysis and able to derive meaningful insights.
    • A focus on accuracy and quality in deliverables.
    • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
    • Familiarity with commercial and financial modeling.
    • 4-6 years of relevant experience in business analysis or project management.
    • Experience in commercial industries, with knowledge of logistics or supply chain sectors being beneficial.
    • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
