    Key Responsibilities

    • Client Retention and Upselling: Develop and execute retention plans to retain existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed individual and team retention sales targets.
    • Team Leadership: Oversee and manage a high-performing customer care sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and technical support.
    • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and improve service offerings.
    • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and generate timely sales reports and forecasts.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Sales and Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, leadership, or a related field, preferably in the waste management industry.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Waste Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
    • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication abilities, proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis, ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities, and excellent presentation skills.

    Compensation and Benefits

    We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
