We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our cleaning services team as a Cleaner at Baragwanath Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

About the Role

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Dusting and polishing surfaces
• Using spray cleaners and disinfectants
• Cleaning hard floors with mops or electric floor cleaners
• Using vacuum cleaners or carpet cleaners
• Cleaning toilet and bathroom areas

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare role
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
