Sales Operations Business Partner

We're your dream GTM team


In this role you will be a part of the EMEA Go-To-Market Operations team where you'll be the primary support person for our South African sales leaders and their teams.

This is a highly influential role with responsibilities ranging from strategic planning to driving regular operating cadence across Business Performance, Forecast, Pipeline and KPI reviews.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Provide wide-ranging operational support to the Regional Sales Leaders
  • assisting them with the execution of business strategies and measurement of success
  • Help Sales Reps and Sales Management to ensure accurate and timely forecast submissions
  • Active involvement in the annual planning process, including quota setting and territory planning
  • Track and report on sales performance against targets, summarizing findings in insightful reports with recommendations that support decisionmaking
  • Proactively identify performance gaps and drive remediation through datadriven insights
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team and Global Sales Operations Analysts to provide adhoc analysis, investigate problems and/or validate business decisions
  • Partner with Sales Directors, Managers, Reps, Engineers and Enablement to uncover areas of revenue opportunity in our customer and prospect base
  • Work with a variety of teams outside Sales (including Marketing, Channel and Customer Success) to accurately assess lead flows, customer risk and areas of potential pipeline generation
  • Assist Sales Reps with complex quoting and ensuring that all sales orders are accurate
  • Actively support in the testing, development and regional rollout of Salesrelated systems
  • Maintain Total Addressable Market (TAM) accuracy and account hierarchies within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations Analysts on compensation planning, commissions, and sales incentives.

You'll need:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Operations (or similar Operational) function
  • Strong Sales Planning Experience, including quota setting, territory planning and incentive plans
  • Great communicator: able to confidently interact with colleagues of all seniority levels
  • Able to document and present findings in a clear, concise and engaging manner
  • Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs)
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Practical experience in using CRM and Business Intelligence systems
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a crossfunctional environment (supporting both Sales and Global Operations)
