Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:


  • Maintain travel schedule in SharePoint and assist with employee travel related processes including advances, claims etc.
  • To be the central point of contact on all HR operational processes and to ensure that the relevant business unit/s are communicated to on a regular basis with regards to any changes
  • Provide relevant input into data requirements as and when requested by the People Culture Manager.
  • Participate in specific projects as determined by the People Culture Manager, as and when required.
  • Provide input into initiatives aimed at driving the continuous improvement of HR services and processes, with a specific focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the People Culture Manager in delivering the appropriate talent management support to business, through the provision of the appropriate data and / or operational support as and when required.
  • Support and ensure the HR Record Keeping and SharePoint repositories are maintained


  • Grade 1

  • Degree/National Diploma in Human Resources (or relevant field).
  • SABPP Certification
  • Business Administration and record keeping
  • HR experience: 3+ years' experience in HR
Project Management: 1-2 years' experience in participating in
- small HR and/or business related projects

  • Recognized as having a sound foundational understanding of HR principles related to policies, procedures, employee relations,
- performance management etc.
