Qualifications Required:
- Diploma\IT Qualification
- CompTIA A+
- Microsoft Certification (OS, Cloud, Server)
- CompTIA N+
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle IT administration.
- Work experience in a service/help desk environment.
- Experience with onsite and remote support as and when required.
- Responsible for set up, maintaining, installing hardware: Desktops; laptops;mobile;printers;scanners and software systems.
- Troubleshooting a variety of Computer and technical issues encountered by End Users.
- Escalate second and third level service requests.
- Maintaining and Setting up Computer security measures.
- Ensuring that all users are connected to the corporate Network.
- Documenting incidents and service request solutions.
- Knowledge of WAN's and LAN's and Firewall technologies.
- Conform to IT policies and service desk SLA's.
- End User support
- Windows, Android, iOS systems.
- Maintain IT Networking infrastructure.
- Working on VOIP systems.

Job Types:
