    Required Skills:

    1. Proficiency in Windows environments, ensuring seamless operation.
    2. Experience with computer networks, network administration, and installation, promoting effective data exchange.
    3. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software tools, enhancing troubleshooting efficiency.
    4. Ability to configure workstations and laptops for optimal performance.
    5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear issue explanation and resolution.
    6. Effective problem-solving and organizational skills, enabling swift issue resolution and record-keeping.
    7. Basic understanding of software monitoring tools and backup procedures, ensuring system reliability and data security.
    8. Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or prior experience in a technical support role, validating expertise and commitment to quality service delivery.
