Strategic planning, tracking, and maintaining accurate records of fixed assets.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and optimizing the overall value of the fixed asset portfolio.
Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the efficient utilization and maintenance of fixed assets.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field

years' experience in fixed asset management

Strong understanding of accounting principles
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, procurement processes and fleet operations
Proficiency in fixed asset accounting software
Attention to detail and analytical with problem solving skills
Results orientated
Motivated, Trustworthy, Reliable, and Hard Working
Willing to work extended hours and weekends
Needs to possess strong leadership skills
