- Technical Consultation: Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations ensuring clients understand the operational and financial benefits of our equipment.
- Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with engineering and service teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
- Quotations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver quotations proposals and tender submissions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- After-Sales Support: Provide after-sales support troubleshooting assistance and coordinate maintenance or upgrades.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Mining Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales within the mining or heavy equipment industry.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of rock crushers conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
- Sales Performance: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to client sites and remote mining locations.
