    Key Responsibilities

    We're seeking a skilled social media manager to lead our online presence across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Key tasks include:

    • Scheduling and posting engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and identity.
    • Responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
    • Hosting interactive sessions like Q&As, live streams, and polls to foster a thriving online community.

    In addition, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality visual and video content, leveraging your expertise in storytelling and TikTok trends. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to source content ideas and stay aligned with program goals.

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you'll need:

    • 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
    • A proven track record of managing social accounts and creating viral, high-engagement content.
    • Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
    • Proficiency with Canva and other content creation tools.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
