    Hire Resolve is a strategic partner to top media and broadcasting companies, collaborating with them to identify and attract high-calibre finance talent. We are currently partnering with a leading Media and Broadcasting Company seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of their business.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning and analysis processes
    2. Prepare detailed financial reports for executive management
    3. Collaborate in the development of budgets and forecasts
    4. Evaluate and ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations
    5. Analyse and interpret complex financial data to inform key business decisions
    6. Provide expert financial guidance to senior leadership teams

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
    2. Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, etc.) are highly regarded
    3. Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably within the media and broadcasting sector
    4. A strong understanding of financial principles and regulatory requirements
    5. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
    6. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask
