    Description

    The role of the Senior Application Engineer is crucial for driving growth, improvement, and leadership within the Application Engineering department.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Validate and approve proposals daily to ensure alignment with company objectives.
    • Manage all documentation and trackers related to application engineering activities, ensuring seamless coordination.
    • Create comprehensive induction and training plans for new engineers in the Technical Sales Department, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
    • Oversee the maintenance and management of departmental assets, guaranteeing their optimal functionality.
    • Provide regular feedback (every 2 weeks) on trials, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
    • Take ownership of the warranty claim process, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Application Engineering, specifically in the centrifugal slurry pump industry, including team management responsibilities.
    • A degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering, or Chemical or Process Engineering (B.Eng/BTech).
