    This role will serve as the trusted second-in-command to our Key Account Executive, ideal for individuals looking to dedicate their skills and expertise to our company for an extended period of 5 years.

    We offer a unique opportunity for sales staff to begin their careers in project management or creative spaces, gaining hands-on experience within our factory and behind-the-scenes processes. This holistic understanding enables them to grow into client-facing roles.

    Job Purpose

    To support the Account Management team in coordinating marketing and point-of-sale projects, facilitating seamless communication and efficient workflow between clients and internal teams, ultimately contributing to the success of client campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Coordination: Assist in project coordination from client requests through production, encompassing:
      • Organizing timelines
      • Maintaining documentation
      • Conducting market research
      • Collaborating with creative design teams
    • Serve as a bridge between clients and the internal production team, ensuring that project goals are met and client expectations are exceeded.

    Requirements

    • Strong Project Management Skills
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and CRM systems
    • Familiarity with Design Principles
    • Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field qualification
    • 1-3 years of experience in account support, project management, marketing, or a related area (internships or relevant coursework are a plus)
