    Job Title: Digital Learning and Experience Design

    Our client, a multinational retail giant, is seeking an expert in digital learning and experience design to create engaging experiences for customers across various regions.

    Main Job Purpose:

    To manage the administrative function in stores in Finance and HR, ensuring correct processes are in place to minimize risk and increase profitability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Optimize payroll to enhance productivity and control wage costs.
    • Manage general HR administration to maintain data integrity and accurate record retention.
    • Ensure a controlled cash handling environment through effective cash management.
    • Oversee Financial (expense) and general administration for reconciliation and retention purposes.
    • Maintain all Systems, Methods, and Procedures (SMPs).
    • Review key financial controls and admin processes in commercial areas to prevent losses.
    • Continuously improve efficiency of systems, procedures, and controls across all store areas to boost profitability.
    • Provide commercial management support during peak periods, late trading, and weekends.

    Minimum Role Requirements:

    • Entry requirement: Grade 12 or NQF3 completed.
    • Financial and/or Retail Management Diploma would be highly advantageous.
    • 2-5 years' role experience as a Store Admin Department Manager in Retail.
    • Retail experience is highly advantageous.
    • Team management would be advantageous.
    • Leadership and management experience would be advantageous.
    • Ability to work shifts that meet operational requirements.
