Mesmerize Lighting is a research-driven company that imports high quality LED products for wholesalers across South Africa.

Our product range exceeds both international and local standards, offering reliable and energy-efficient products that are suitable for South African preferences, and consumer demands.

We place much emphasis on after-sales service, providing additional services like site visits, lighting design, as well as technical advice and support.


We are on the search for a full-time
Junior Graphic Designer that will be based at our head office in Mount Edgecombe.


Responsibilities
Able to format GIF files, MP4 Videos etc.

Creating Mockups for branding materials (company vehicle designs)

Able to follow through with Design brief

Assisting the Branding and Marketing Specialist

Logo adjustments as per the season changes

Composition of Technical sheets for products (you would need to redesign our existing technical spec sheets)

Selecting appropriate typography, and ensuring all designs align with Mesmerize Lighting's brand standards and message

Qualifications and Skills

Intermediate Design skills

Proficiency in typography

Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Graphic Design role

Diploma or Certification specifically in Graphic Design, or related field

Must be able to think creatively

Ability to take constructive criticism

Understanding of design principles and best practices

Graphics, Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Branding skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop is a must)


Salary:
R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
