We are a well-established company, currently looking for an experienced
Debtors Clerk to join our company based in, Watton.


The Debtors Clerk will report directly to management and will have to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced office environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage recoveries of debt outstanding

Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting including processing and reconciliations.

Attend to customer account queries and reconciliations where necessary.

Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to management

Processing of payments to customer accounts

Assisting in departmental filing of invoices and documentation

Ensure that remittances are received, and payments are being allocated to customer accounts accordingly.

Assist with sending of customer statements on a weekly and monthly basis.


Requirements:

Display assertiveness

Experience and good understanding in Excel, knowing the basics.

Demonstrate strong analytical skills.

Accounting experience will be an advantage.

Previous work experience will be favorable.

Customer orientated.

Attention to detail.

**Experience in debtors is essential.
