    Job Overview

    This is a leadership position that involves overseeing the design, procurement, and contract administration of roads projects. The role requires strong technical expertise in pavement design standards and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians.
    • Develop and implement road project designs using specialized software such as Rubicon, cncPave, or similar pavement design packages.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
    • Professional registration with ECSA as a PR Eng.
    • Minimum 10 years of post-registration experience, including at least 10 years in pavement design standards and procedures.
    • Demonstrated expertise in Rubicon, cncPave, or similar pavement design packages, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex road infrastructure projects on time and within budget. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
