WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications / years of experience

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?

Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
As part of the feature team for Accounts Receivable / PKT Finance Integration who will mainly be involved in operational topics related to CFIN monitoring and maintenance.
Incident management & resolution coupled with user interaction
Adhere to SLA turnaround times as part of BMW DEVOPS standards
Availability for High priority / critical incidents as and if they arise which sometimes includes weekends or afterhours
SOLMAN / CAB attendance and steering when applicable
Weekly standup sessions / collaborations with team members
Knowledge transfer and documentation when applicable
