Group
Quality Assurance Manager to join our team
either in Upington or Velddrif. The incumbent will be responsible to implement and manage the company's full quality management system process.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve Company Food Safety Standards and Quality Management System.
- Implementation of Compliance with Company quality management system [Prerequisite Program]: policies, procedures, SOPs.
- Quality control and testing of all products.
- All Food safety audits and FSSC implementation.
- Manage all customer queries and complaints on quality issues.
- Staff training.
- Communicate with staff on Food safety, quality, and operational efficiencies.
- Completion of supplier questionnaires.
- Assisting stakeholders with documentation requests.
Requirements:
Years' experience as a quality controller or related in a food production environment.
- Practical Knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO, HACCP.
- Qualification in Food Technology, Consumer Science, or Quality Control related qualification.
- Having worked in the food manufacturing environment.
- Own transport and driver's license.
- Must be willing to travel for work.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
The salary package is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
