- Agricultural Diploma/Degree highly advantageous
- Minimum of 4 years previous piggery experience
- Previous farrowing experience
- Daily management of the piggery enterprise
- Proven management and leadership skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Energetic and dynamic personality
- Strong administrative background
- Computer literate
- Week-end work is involved
