    We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Roodepoort. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance evaluations on all call-centre staff to ensure that set standards are maintained and developed regarding customer interactions.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in analysing data and information to develop and apply self-correcting actions. You will also be responsible for reviewing results, producing reports, and drawing accurate conclusions and recommendations to enable management to make informed business decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct quality assurance evaluations on call-centre staff to ensure set standards are maintained/developed.
    • Analyse data and information to develop and apply self-correcting actions.
    • Review results, produce reports, and draw accurate conclusions and recommendations.
    • Do trend analysis on call audits and report back to management.
    • Capture, store, and manage information and data on required systems.

    Requirements:

    • Completed Matric (Grade 12).
    • NQF Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years' experience in Commercial sales/service or Commercial Underwriting.
    • Product knowledge of Credit Life and Funeral insurance.
    • General Insurance knowledge (Long Term Insurance).
    • 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance.
