Job SummaryAZA Finance is seeking a Design Manager to lead the transformation of our brand into a modern, engaging, and innovative force.

This is an opportunity to work alongside cross-border payment experts and play a pivotal role in developing a brand that resonates with our ideal customer profile (ICP).

You will be part of a thriving marketing team made up of vertical specialists.

To succeed in this role you will enjoy working hands-on with an array of marketing initiatives and have a passion for owning the brand identity and its transformation.


Requirements:


  • Demonstrate you have delivered brand leadership within a B2B or Fintech environment
  • Demonstrate how your brand management has spanned across brand, performance, and product.
  • Handson experience in the endtoend design and implementation process
  • Bachelor's degree in Design
  • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design and branding
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe CC, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma
  • The ability to create video content is advantageous, but not necessary
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams, in person and virtually
  • Experience working with design agencies, media agencies, and development teams
